Chiropractic Adjustments
Dr. Kinneavy and Dr. Simpson utilize the “diversified technique” to adjust the spine, which employs various different methods suitable for a wide range of people from pregnant women, babies, and children to athletes and senior citizens. Generally they will perform soft tissue massage and myofascial release to prepare the joint for a manual adjustment. The combination of the Soft tissue work with the adjustment makes the treatment extremely comfortable and effective.
Rehabilitation and corrective Exercises
Regaining strength and developing proper biomechanical function of joints and muscles is imperative to recovering and regaining health. When indicated, the doctor will teach each patient effective exercises designed to rehabilitate their injuries and to develop core strength and flexibility in order to ensure a better functioning body.
Nutritional Counseling
Health is only as good as the foundation it is built upon. Proper nutrition is an enormously important part of that foundation. The doctors provide specific recommendations on nutritional supplements and healthy food choices for our patients individual needs; ranging from injury repair, weight loss, liver detoxification to preventative care and more.
Cold Laser Therapy
Cold laser therapy is an FDA approved painless, sterile, non-invasive treatment for a variety of pain causing conditions from back & neck pain to carpal tunnel syndrome or fibromyalgia. Laser therapy utilizes the healing power of light (photobiostimulation) to increase the cellular metaboloism rate that expediates cell repair and stimulation of the immune, lymphatic and vascular systems.
Body Composition Analysis
Using a Bio-Impedence Analysis Machine (BIA) we can quickly and painlessly assess the tissue and fluid compartments of the body to determine: the Overall health of a patient’s cells, if a patient has a toxicity issue in their cells; hydration level of the patient; basal metabolic rate; and percent body fat. This is an excellent way of objectively keeping track of progress in treatment.

Front Street Chiropractic services also include electric muscle stimulation and intersegmental traction (massage table), which are used to maximize the chiropractic treatments.
